Tiffany Schreiner~

Tiffany knew from her very first yoga class that her life would never be the same. For her, yoga is a gift to be shared with all. She teaches in hopes of providing others with that same opportunity for change and discovery.
In a world where we face daily challenges, she believes that to ensure more harmony in one's life, it is essential slow down, tune in, and breath deeply in our yoga practice. She encourages moving at your own rhythm and with your own breath to best experience each posture and reap your own personal benefit.
Tiffany is passionate about yoga and continually strives to expand her knowledge. Forever in love with movement and its connection to wellness, she has studied dance and holistic physical/ mental/ spiritual healing throughout her life.
She has explored various forms of yoga, and has been deeply immersed in the study of Anusara yoga and the heart-opening path that inspires this discipline. She has a great understanding of the principles of alignment and uplifting philosophy that make this yoga so alluring, inspiring, effective and safe. She believes that the consistent practice of yoga is a beautiful companion in this journey and that in pursuing the connections within one's body, mind, and spirit, there lies infinite freedom.
"The mind should dance with the body, and the whole universe is your stage. Try to feel that whatever you are doing is the most beautiful thing, the prettiest dance, because you are dancing with the whole Universe." ~ Yogi Bhajan
Stacy Wooster~
Stacy is a licensed body work professional in massage and yoga and holds a bachelors degree in history and teaching. After graduating from Yoga Yoga's Hatha Teacher Training Program, she went on to study pre and postnatal yoga teacher training under Leslie Lytle. She is a student of Donna Farhi's pedagogic model and also studies Nritya Yoga (also called the "Yoga of Dance") with Amrita Choudury.
Stacy first came to yoga looking for exercise. She immediately realized how much of an impact it could have on every area of her life, and it was during her pregnancy that yoga became particularly important to her. She has been able to use her yoga training in every aspect of motherhood, from being guided by the breath, to patience, to staying calm in the face of a mounting challenge.
Stacy draws her knowledge of health and wellness from a range of sources and experiences. Her mother is a dietician, and taught Stacy about eating well from early on. As a competitive swimmer, Stacy honed her concentration and focus, and learned to pay attention to the movement of her body. She currently works in both a studio and medical setting assisting people with movement patterns that can reduce pain and inspire greater ease in one's body, mind and spirit.
She has studied anatomy and physiology through her career as a bodyworker, and has trained under several instructors since becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2002. She specializes in prenatal / perinatal / postpartum massage & yoga, infant development, deep relaxation and self-care.
In Stacy's Hatha Yoga classes, students will have a change to explore basic principles of movement, fullness of breath at the cellular level, and gratitude for existence. She provides students with practical applications of yoga that they can use throughout their lives.
